Direct links to HomeCom Pro

Bosch HomeCom Pro / Buderus ConnectPro / IVT ConnectPro is the remote service platform from Home Comfort for B2B customers. It enables different service providers, such as service technicians, housing associations and customer support to directly connect with their clients' HVAC systems for remote diagnostics. Direct access links allow a Partner to enhance their applications by including links that will directly open a specific view in HomeCom Pro. For example, such links can be used to open the details view of a specific appliance.

Preconditions​

  • A one-time login to HomeCom Pro is required to obtain the necessary credentials for direct access links through the browser via Single Sign-On.
