Required information for Support

When contacting our support team for assistance with a specific request, please make sure to always include the following information:

  • The system identification (/system/info) including all components in the HVAC system.
  • The firmware version of the gateway (/gateway/versionFirmware).
  • The UUID of the gateway (/gateway/uuid).
  • The request send to the gateway and the response received from the gateway.

This allows us to quickly locate and understand your issue.
